Colour and Concentration Converters |

The OPTEK's colour & concentration converters control colour & concentration in a variety of industrial applications while providing continuous inline, real-time measurements. The converters can be correlated to many colour scales including: ALPHA, ASTM, Saybolt, ASBC-SRM, ICUMSA, AOCS, HAZEN and others. To match the customers specific process parameters, the basic converter types have four fixed measuring ranges and one variable measuring range. A LED indicator displays the percentage of the selected measuring range. These basic converters provide two independent set points and a 0/4-20 mA output for alarms and real-time process monitoring. The Control 4000 is a powerful, microprocessor-based photometric converter. The advanced modular design enables precision process monitoring and control. The flexible C4000 is designed for all OPTEK ultraviolet (UV), visible (VIS), near-infrared (NIR) absorption-based and scattered-light based sensors.
